  • When will I be charged?

Once the order is placed, you will be charged right away.

  • How soon will the order ship after I place my order?

If the order is placed before 2pm EST, the order will be processed the same day and shipped the following day. If the order is placed after 2pm EST, it will be processed the following day and shipped in 2 days.

  • Would I receive a tracking number?

Yes! Immediately after the order is placed, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

  • Who do I contact for updates on my order?

  • What happens if the order arrives damaged?

Just let us know and we will issue a replacement free of charge!

  • What happens if I want to return the product?

We offer free returns, just contact us and let us know that you would like to return your order. We will send you a return label!

  • What size pool table is right for my room?

It depends on your room size and cue length. As a general rule, allow at least 5 feet of clearance on all sides of the table for a comfortable shot. A 7ft table fits well in rooms around 13x16ft, an 8ft table works well in 13.5x17ft rooms, and a 9ft table needs roughly 14x18ft of space. Reach out and we're happy to help you pick the right size.

  • How often should I service my pool table?

We recommend brushing and vacuuming the felt weekly, checking that the table is level every few months, and having the cloth professionally re-felted every 3-5 years depending on use. Regular light maintenance goes a long way toward keeping the table playing true for years.
